Mortgage Search and Acquisition is looking for dynamic sales leaders and branch managers for Top 10 Lenders who drive client value, lead change, delivers results, and build great teams.
- Manage and lead a team of loan officers in targeted market.
- Build successful relationships with local realtors and other referral source that lead to pre-approvals and closed loans.
- Partner extensively with the operations fulfillment team in order to provide a best in class customer service experience.
- Well versed on all mortgage products; especially conventional and FHA lending
- Proven ability to source, recruit, and hire mortgage professional pursuant to the designated market plan for the region/branch.
- Educated on latest loan origination systems, CRA programs, and mortgage marketing presentations.
- Proven history of success and production growth
Experience & Background
- 5 years Mortgage Banking experience
- Must have experience with self-sourcing originations
- Must have branch production exceeded $3MM per month
- Must be licensed in the current state
