FIRE ALARM & FIRE SPRINKLER TESTING TECHNICIAN | SEATTLE, WA

This individual is responsible for the delivery of recurring testing and inspection services for Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinklers and minor repairs of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler systems to a base (route) of customer, including property managers, owners and key decision makers within our service and geographic target market.

This individual manages the Alarm and Sprinkler needs of a recurring route of customers. This individual actively communicates with the customers, documenting feedback and test results using AAA-provided cloud based service technology and hardware. This individual will also participate in the On-Call (After Hours Emergency Call) rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling, testing, inspecting, maintaining, providing unscheduled maintenance services related to Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler and related apparatus within a route of AAA customers.
  • This individual serves as AAA’s primary contact for the current customers within assigned route. The technician is expected to build relationships with customers, and facilitate the satisfaction of both Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler needs, as well as to promote our entire portfolio of services.
