WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales representative with a proven track record of success who will be part of a team responsible for advancing the company’s direct sales of cloud computing solutions with a primary focus on the SMB markets. Current targeted verticals include Legal, Healthcare, Logistics and Non-profits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll dive right in and be an instrumental member of ADAR’s sales team. Primary responsibility is to build a monthly recurring revenue stream through the following activities:

  • Promote ADAR Cloud Services to prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers in assigned territory through telephone cold calls, in-person meetings, networking, referrals and partner affiliates
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals for prospective customers
  • Keep abreast of industry information, trends, competitive activities and market conditions
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and industry conferences
  • Maintain an updated database in ADAR’s CRM system including all activity and opportunities with their current status
  • Contribute ideas towards new sales markets
  • Work as part of a team

To be successful in this role you need

  • A solid understanding of IT and Cloud technology
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of two years’ experience selling *SaaS solutions (Cloud Computing preferred)
  • Recent experience selling recurring revenue services to the SMB market
  • Knowledge of and experience selling B2B services through channel partners
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up business environment
  • Ability to develop a professional rapport and overcome objections
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric focus
  • A competitive nature and strong work ethic
  • Outstanding networking skills
  • An enthusiastic nature that comes through over the phone
  • Discipline to make calls and follow-up in an organized, professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com proficiency
