Job Description and Requirements:

We are looking for Inside Sales professionals to join our team. The Inside Sales Specialists will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support the sales team. The candidates will play a key role in promoting a synergistic environment between marketing and sales while executing tele-prospecting functions that support the sales team.


  • Identifying qualified leads using lead generation techniques
  • Making outbound calls and setting appointments with prospects
  • Talking to prospects about the benefits of using our electronic payment solutions
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Managing data for new and prospective clients in CRM (Zoho), ensuring all communications are logged and accurate

    Skills Required:

  • Ability to cold call into businesses and set appointments
  • Possess outstanding phone presence and communication skills
  • A “hunter” mentality and an innate ability to find and nurture quality prospects over time
  • A dynamic personality who is highly motivated, possesses a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • A good team player who can also work independently


  • Inside Sales / Lead Generation / SDR experience in SaaS-based software and products
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, Zoho, etc...)
  • BA / BS Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
