The Role

This position is an entry point into the Inside Sales organization. At an appropriate time in their tenure and development they will be assigned a small package of accounts to manage directly in addition to their regular daily activities. This will enable our management team to gauge the viability of the associate for further growth inside one of the industry’s most highly coveted Sales teams.

  • Assist the Inside Sales Account Executive team in supporting sales and service to our customers.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers and internal associates. 
  • Effectively manage all tactical activities to support our customers thereby ensuring alphabroder is the focus of their wearable purchases.
  • To place orders, give price quotes, process sample requests, returns, catalog programs, company store programs, approve price adjustments, back order management and overall problem solving.
  • Efficiently utilize provided business systems to manage customer expectations.
  • Work with other internal functional areas to ensure that we exceed customer expectations and continue to grow our business.
  • Handle direct sales management activities as assigned by Inside Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1-2 years retail sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out special assignments and tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and manage time.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic approach.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
