The Argyle Account Executive team helps new and existing customers maximize the benefits of our unique marketing services and event sponsorship opportunities. Account Executives leverage their competitive drive and problem-solving skills to educate and persuade our customers to leverage the access that our events provide to C-level executives and senior decision makers, to advance and solve their business needs. Our representative’s work from our office in New York City and are responsible for developing and closing new and installed business sales within a defined sales territory.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Understand the competitive landscape as well as specific customer needs and pain points and effectively align them with Argyle’s suite of solutions
  • Understand and articulate the benefits and competitive differentiators of Argyle’s event sponsorship opportunities
  • “Own” your defined territory and maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Have a thorough understanding of a B2B sales cycle and demonstrated ability to manage a sales cycles from start to finish and maintain a track record of consistent and successful revenue attainment
  • Partner with internal teams – Client Success, Inside Sales, Marketing, etc. – to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide support to clients and the company onsite at Argyle events

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B selling experience is essential as well as a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets
  • Written and verbal communication skills that you can successfully apply in multiple situations (email, telephone, in-person) are a must
  • You must be tech savvy with a working knowledge of Salesforce.com as well as the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
