International Sales Director | Edison, NJ

C + A Global is looking for a highly experience International Sales Director who will manage the overall global sales and marketing functions for C + A Global Sales. Support the integration of the global sales team and marketing functions. As a member of the senior management staff, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals
  • Lead, train and develop the C+A Global sales force team
  • Develops new prospects and interacts with international vendors to increase sales of the company’s products and/or services
  • Designs sales and marketing programs for the international market
  • Initiates and coordinates development of actions plans to enter international markets
  • Sets forth short and long-term sales strategies by developing sales objectives in support of the divisions revenue plan
  • Maintains international pricing, sales and activity reporting
  • Manages and coordinates meetings, networking events and trade shows overseas
  • Assists with reporting, forecasting and tracking sales trends in the international market
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Travel 30% (includes domestic/international)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of solid high-level sales management experience
  • Very smart, strong, proven leadership and management skills
  • Experience with consumer products
  • Previous International work experience
  • Strong customer service background preferred
  • Excellent track record of projections and pricing of products
  • Knowledgeable of international currencies
  • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales
  • Must be able to speak English fluently; ability to speak in another language is a plus!
