Job Description

ClearStaff, a Chicago based industrial staffing firm, is looking for experienced outside sales candidates with good communication skills.  Our top candidates are masters at developing relationships, consistently work a given territory through cold calling / networking and understands the sales process. 

This is a true sales position not burdened by endless meetings or micro-management.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and determination to secure a generous income. You must have a strong personal and phone presence along with the ability to work with all levels of management. 

If you have experience selling to distribution or manufacturing companies we would like to talk with you. We have an aggressive commission structure that can provide a six figure income.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years in new account development.
  • Experience selling business to business solutions.
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships.
  • Proven year over year new sales progress.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
