Account Executive


Corporate Essentials is an office refreshment service with a focus on helping companies keep their employees engaged at work. We work with our clients to promote positive workplace culture and better employee engagement by creating premium snack and beverage to fit their specific needs. 

Corporate Essentials services clients in the New York City Metro Area known for having the best company cultures, including Yelp,, Buzzfeed, Spotify, Mashable, AppNexus and more.

Our Account Executive will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, interfacing with senior level decision-makers via phone and in-person meetings, and communicating the Corporate Essentials value proposition in a consultative manner. The candidate must be extremely professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time. This territory will be NY Tri State Area.

You’ll be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Researching and qualifying prospects in New York Tri State Area
  • Conducting phone calls with potential leads
  • Finding new business opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to outreach
  • Presenting the Corporate Essentials value proposition to high level decision makers via in-person meetings and/or online demonstrations
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients and their decision makers
  • Communicate details of client needs to Operations team
  • Build relationships with existing clients
  • Manage and grow business internally
  • Additional projects as assigned by the manager
  • Must be focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must be a highly intelligent, driven individual with an extraordinary amount of professionalism and common sense
  • Must be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership
  • Must be extremely responsible, have an open and engaging personality, and a quick mind
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and creatively
  • Work with a close knit sales team

First year compensation is $80k+ OTE with potential to be making $100k+ by second or third year. Some of our salespeople are making $200k+.
