RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER | CHARLOTTE, NC

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager in the concrete construction industry, specializing in footings & poured concrete walls. Construction includes but is not limited to cast in place concrete walls, basement wall forming, footing construction, concrete building foundations and site retaining walls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain good communication with all working relationships
  • Follow up to ensure all job accountable items are performed
  • Earn and maintain Customer Trust

  • Good working relationship skills to accomplish the mission of the Company and the job
  • Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent residential projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
  • Supervise and mentor project/field engineers on team
  • Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
  • Manager all activities associated with materials, budgeting and production for assigned projects
  • Plan and schedule all resources to meet project milestones
  • Act as liaison with customer and project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues and communicate regarding such
  • Manage project related correspondence and documents
  • Uphold the core values of the Company which include Total Customer Satisfaction, Honesty, Integrity and Ethical Behavior

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar or Associates degree with relevant job experience
  • 5+ years construction project management experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is preferred
  • Experienced managing multiple projects at one time
  • Proven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety and quality
  • Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with Superintendents, vendors and clients
  • Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products
  • Bilingual Spanish and Driver’s License required
