OHM is looking for a passionate team member to help fuel our growth at our new Houlihan’s location in Denton, TX! Houlihan’s will be part of the new Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center, opening in November 2017, featuring 318 guestrooms and 70,000 square feet of convention space.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of full service management experience with a passion for success and commitment to quality food and service.
- Prior Houlihan’s experience preferred.
- Strategic direction to manage the daily and weekly operations of the restaurant brand.
- Proven ability to work closely with hotel to effectively communicate, promote and market all food and beverage offerings.
- Track record of maximizing sales and revenue through superior guest satisfaction.
- Ability to train, motivate and engage Team Members.
- Commitment to embrace core values of OHM by leading O’Reach community outreach programs, sustainability efforts and ensuring positive growth.
