About the Opportunity:

    We are currently looking for a driven individual who is eager about diving into their career. The ideal candidates will act as a Financial Services Practice leader with clients, prospects, and other EPAM Account Managers, Business Unit Heads and Sales Leaders. We are looking for someone that is able to develop working relationships with clients at all levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio.


    • Ability to operate at the strategic level.
    • You must display leadership and management skills with exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Proven skill to manage client engagements in stressful and successful completion
    • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
