Account Manager Overview

  • Manage all work streams to meet installation deliverable agreed to with the client
  • Ensure client deliverables are met direction to team 
  • Gather client intent and drive timely deliverables for clients
  • Identify risk and issues and propose mitigation to address 
  • Resolve conflicts and contention that arise during client implementations

Account Manager Qualifications

  • 3-5 minimum experience in health insurance
