Why Family First Funding?

  • We're a Family-Oriented Company: The name says it all!  We're a close knit group that bends over backward to help each other.
  • Support, Support, Support:  As a producing Branch Manager, I understand what Mortgage Loan Processors go through.  We're always working together to overcome obstacles and help each other grow our business.

The Role

The Mortgage Loan Processor role is a sales support position, typically providing dedicated administrative and sales support to multiple Mortgage Consultants. Incumbents may also on a regular basis support office initiatives, in addition to the businesses of particular Mortgage Advisors. For some clients, the mortgage loan processor will often serve as the most frequent point of contact with the client.

Having such frequent contact makes the mortgage processor a key contributor to client satisfaction and client retention, both of which are essential to growth in revenue and profitability. In addition, to the extent that the mortgage processor can handle most routine matters, the time of the mortgage advisor can be better focused on revenue generating opportunities.
