FSAStore.com, a New York based eCommerce Company, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager who enjoys working in a fast paced, high growth, small team environment. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and eager to make a difference. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a quickly growing dynamic company that has experienced tremendous growth over the past 6 years.

The BDM is responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing new business, forging strong partner relations and collaborating with management on strategies to achieve revenue goals. 
Candidates must possess a solid network and successful track record.  Experience with Benefit  administrators and Human Resource Departments of major corporations is a definite plus.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for driving revenue and building new relationships with corporate clients 
  • Coordinate presentations and visit potential clients.  Identify key stakeholders within prospective client’s organization.  
  • Plan business growth, identify opportunities, and pursue them to successful closure
  • Make warm and cold calls to prospective clients 
  • Accurately forecast revenue from new accounts 
  • Always have the client’s interests in mind and bring a commitment to driving their client’s success within our business program 
  • Work effectively across teams to accomplish corporate initiatives 

Requirements: 

  • B.A. in Marketing or related field 
  • 3+ years experience in selling to and engaging corporate clients 
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals 
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management 
  • Ramp up quickly and fully understand the rules and regulations surrounding flexible spending accounts and heath savings account 
  • Have creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Superior follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a Plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
