Sales Consultant | Washington D.C.

gloProfessional is seeking a full time Sales Consultant to join our team and grow our territory in Washington D.C.. Our Sales Consultants are driven sales professionals with a passion for our award-winning premium mineral cosmetic and skincare products.  The gloPro Sales Consultant is proven to be a self-motivated, achievement-oriented salesperson focused on growth while also being known by clients as a natural relationship builder and true business partner.  Sales Consultants are responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts and prospecting new clients in the area.  Sales Consultants are members of our national outside sales field sales team and report to the Region al Manager. 

Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain existing client accounts
  • Drive growth by adding new accounts,
  • Manage the territory as your own business
  • Expense reporting, weekly and monthly sales reporting, and other administrative tasks
  • Represent the brand positively 

Experience and Background 

  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate clearly, apply best-practice selling skills, and use a consultative approach to learn how to meet a client’s business needs
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Ability to function independently, manage time and resources effectively, and adjust behaviors to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite, internet browsers, and ability to use an iPad
