We are seeking Customer Success Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Candidate Engagement Specialists to join our quickly growing team in Boston. These roles will all play a pivotal part in helping us achieve our vision. This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly scaling team and position yourself for quick career growth.

Inside Sales Representative

You will create new business relationships for Happie by identifying likely prospects, presenting the Happie value proposition and signing new customers. This is a high-volume, transactional sale where you’ll be closing business every day and getting bonus checks weekly.

  • You’ll jump on calls with interested inbound prospects, uncover their recruiting challenges using a consultative approach, and present our unique (and totally awesome) value proposition.
  • Meet with other groups within Happie: The product team to share customer feedback and inform new product features, marketing to help drive leads, and connecting with Customer Success to ensure that the customers you brought on are Happie.
  • Ring the gong and listen to your co-workers cheer each time you close a deal.

Customer Success Manager

In this role you will manage a base of customers, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction and support, and optimize the Happie experience for your book of accounts. 

  • Work closely with our customers to understand their job requirements and company culture to ensure we are providing qualified candidates for their specific open roles.
  • Partner with our sourcing team to ensure that Happie is selecting candidates whose backgrounds and skill sets closely match our customers’ requirements.
  • Be the primary driver of presenting new initiatives and implementing new programs with our customers.

Candidate Engagement Specialist 

You’ll be using deep web research techniques combined with creative writing and outreach tactics to find and engage the right talent for Happie employers. We need creative, innovative, diligent people in to work on our candidate acquisition and engagement operations. 

  • Reviewing employer requirements and developing and implementing a candidate acquisition strategy to fulfill them.
  • Testing new tools and methods and sharing feedback and recommendations with the team.
  • reaching out to candidates to educate them on new job opportunities.
