We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant (OAA) to join our quickly growing team in Boston. The AA will play a pivotal part in helping us achieve our vision for a massive online speed-recruiting platform. This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly scaling sales team and position yourself for quick career growth.
You are a flexible and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously. You are happiest when you are knee-deep in priorities and deadlines. You can move from creating an analysis of sales numbers to running payroll. You have experience (one year minimum) in an office environment. Experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
In this role you will support several teams within Happie, assisting with specific projects as needed. You will also cross-train so that you are able to act as an extra pair of hands as business demands shift among teams. Some of your work will include:
Human Resources You will handle HR components such as running payroll, benefits and help manage facilities for our two office spaces. You will also own the recruiting and scheduling of candidates for our internal positions.
Bookkeeping Daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping activities such as invoicing customers, approving and paying invoices, and spend and cost analysis.
Admin Overall admin tasks such as making travel arrangements as needed for our executive team, researching trade shows, special projects as needed.
