Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop an understanding of Hatteras’ sales process and its product and service offerings.
  • Develop an understanding of warehouse fundamentals including shipping, receiving and inventory management counter sales.
  • Learn responsibilities of the customer service and sales positions.
  • Develop training and presentation skills.
  • Develop an understanding of estimating processes.
  • Develop understanding of the importance of continued improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • No previous sales experience necessary
