SALES REPRESENTATIVE | WILLOUGHBY, OH

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, problem solver to serve as an inside, combined with appointment-based outside business-to-business sales representative. The ideal candidate will cultivate new sales opportunities and build existing accounts. 

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting phone skills
  • Outstanding listening, written and verbal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Performance-driven, team-focused attitude
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to establish daily priorities
  • Desire to learn
  • Advanced knowledge of the most popular Windows applications
  • Ability to grasp new technology-based concepts used within the identification industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and develop new customer accounts
  • Monitor customer accounts, resolve problems, develop client centric product solutions and new sales opportunities for your accounts
  • Conduct consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers
  • Develop sales proposals and quotes
  • Present and close the sale while exceeding customer's expectations
  • Maintain CRM database with all customer information
  • Become a subject matter expert
