  • Heavy calendar management
  • Manage and support the day to day for a C-Level Executive
  • Schedule/arrange all travel plans + itineraries 
  • Complete/manage expense reports in a timely manner
  • Prepare on-site and off-site meeting logistics 
  • Serve as the primary contact for all incoming requests to meet with the executive
  • Prepare meeting documents for upcoming meetings
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders


  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Agency background are preferred
  • Assertive
  • Fast paced + organized
  • Always thinking/planning ahead
  • Flexible/Able to adjust to frequent changes in executive's schedule
