Technical Account Manager Responsibilities 

• Be the go-to technical lead for a set of client accounts 
• Manage client and internal expectations and deadlines 
• Work closely with Client Services teams to manage and execute integration projects 
• Be an expert of Kenshoo integrations and overall digital marketing technology 
• Develop statements of work and respond in a timely manner 
• Employ quality assurance techniques for all phases of client lifecycle 

Technical Account Manager Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 1-2 years of experience in technical environment and client facing roles 
• 2-4 years of experience in paid search or other online digital channel 
• Google Analytics Certified 
• Experience with databases/HTML/Java scripts etc.
