The Project Specialist (PS) leads the search for commercial construction project data (or information) for the use of tracking projects in the design phase all the way through generating quotes/estimates for our customers and even into post-bid follow up. Candidates for this position must have a history of demonstrated project and process management and thrive in a team environment. Industry experience is not required as we offer a rigorous training program to assure that the incoming PS will have the tools necessary to be successful. The required competencies for this position are: technical aptitude and applied learning, balanced and focused organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent oral & written communication skills, selling skills, teamwork and integrity. The position reports directly to the Project Opportunity Manager and is responsible for the following:
