A full service marina, offering high quality refit engineering and project management ideally suited for any project, small or large newly renovated facilities, including a state of the art laminar flow paint spray booth over 100 seasonal and transient slips for vessels up to 150’ in length and 12’ of draft in Cape Cod’s premier marina.

The Role 

Customer Service Representative coordinates customer sales activities between operations and administration. Responsible for ensuring assigned clients’ are overly satisfied with their experience at MacDougalls’. Responsibilities include sales interaction, submission of various documents (lay up & storage contracts, etc.) to their customers and the constant effort to both establish and maintain positive relationships.


  • Manage estimates, customer authorizations and all paperwork flow for sale transactions through the completion of billing.
  • Maintain up to date, accurate customer and boat information in customer file.
  • Maintain warranty claims and sales documentations.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as trade shows.
  • Inspect and monitor the process of the winter M&R’s.
  • Perform other duties related to sales and service administration as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Extensive marine and boating background is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to run power or sail boats a plus
  • DockMaster/MyTaskit software knowledge a plus not required
