National Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision and strategy to ensure profitable growth of the Public Sector Customer Unit business.
  • Develop, implement and monitor strategic business plan focused on developing maximum efficiency from sales resources while achieving appropriate ROI Establish and/or maintain relationships with customers in the Public Sector marketplace.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key brokers and 3rd party relationships/exchanges in market.
  • Align strategies with the service and product organizations, marketing, underwriting and finance groups to achieve the proper balance between sales growth and earnings growth within the public sector marketplace earnings targets
  • Drive new sales and renewals of group and voluntary products in the 1,000+ public sector marketplace

National Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • 10-15 years sales experience
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in Sales Leadership
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Innovative thinker, strong strategic visioning capabilities
  • Strong relationship management capabilities
