About the Opportunity:

Mobile Health is a rapidly growing, comprehensive occupational health and home care provider for many of the great businesses and employers in New York. Their six locations, dispersed throughout the Metro New York area, allow Mobile Health to bring dedicated medical professionals who can provide timely and necessary services to those in need. As an Account Executive at Mobile Health you'll dive into the sales process and challenge yourself and others to build and maintain better customer relationships while working to shorten the sales cycle. Mobile Health is looking for a candidate with an insatiable appetite for sales who understands the "work hard play hard" attitude. If you are looking for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial position designed for growth look no further than Mobile Health’s Account Executive role. The chosen candidate will have the freedom to design short-term marketing campaigns made specifically to identify and generate qualified leads. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers, the Account Executive is in a prime position to hit the ground running and manage a Sales Development Representative(s), who will provide warm, qualified leads. Account Executives have access to Salesforce as a CRM tool and will reap the benefits of marketing automation tool (Act-On). Your SDRs will have full access to lead generating tools such as Jigsaw and Yellow Pages. During a regular week, you'll receive over 100 leads, with the ultimate aim of working with at least 8 qualified leads per month.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Energetic, self-organized and motivated
  • Interested is marketing approaches and sales process
  • Extremely professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of medical terminology
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Have 3+ years solution selling healthcare or similarly complex offerings (occupational health is a plus)
  • Experienced with CRMs (ie: Salesforce) a plus

Day-to-day, you'll be empowered to:

  • Review, approve and provide guidance for SDRs on leads that fit Mobile Health’s target prospect criteria
  • Proactively use phone, email, social media, and other creative ways to contact prospects and advance them through the qualification process.
  • Position and sell Mobile Health as the leading occupational health provider for prospects.
  • Effectively showcase and deliver Mobile Health’s value propositions to prospects.
  • Excel at moving prospects through the qualification funnel from cold to warm through value-added ongoing follow up
  • Manage leads in Salesforce and conduct ongoing weekly follow up to ultimately close deals
  • Successfully handle a minimum of 8 qualified leads per month
