About the Opportunity:

Are you looking for a fast-paced and entrepreneurial position designed for growth? Look no further than Mobile Health’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) role. Chosen candidates will have the freedom to create short-term marketing campaigns designed specifically to identify and generate qualified leads. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers, Sales Development Representatives are in a prime position to hit the ground running. Using a creative marketing mix of direct mail, email, fax, and phone - plus the occasional carrier pigeon - it’s the SDR’s responsibility to uncover qualified sales leads and introduce them to Account Executives for closing. Whereas the Account Executives spend weeks and month closing a single sale, the SDR has an opportunity to process hundreds of leads, experimenting with different engagement methods and finding what works best. As a full-time SDR, they will have access to the industry standard CRM system Salesforce, and the marketing automation tool Act-On. The job is made easier with provided subscriptions to lead generating tools such as Jigsaw and Yellow Pages. On a regular week, it is expected that an SDR will find and engage with at least 100 leads, track their touchpoints, and bring engaged leads through our qualification process. Compensation is awarded for each qualified lead accepted by the Account Executive and performance pay for closed sales. Requirements:

  • Energetic, self-organized and motivated
  • Interest is marketing approaches and sales process
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Curious about internet research and marketing techniques
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience in a CRM (ie: Salesforce) a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Identify companies and contacts that fit Mobile Health’s target prospect criteria.
  • Proactively use phone, email, social media, and other creative ways to contact prospects and advance them through the qualification process.
  • Position Mobile Health as the leading occupational health provider for prospects.
  • Effectively showcase and deliver Mobile Health’s value propositions to prospects.
  • Excel at moving prospects through the qualification funnel from cold to warm through value-added ongoing follow up
  • Manage leads in Salesforce and conduct ongoing weekly follow up to ultimately drive more meetings and identify
  • opportunities
  • Minimum of 100 phone calls per week that result in a consistent level of prospecting efforts to achieve new business goals.
  • Achieve a minimum of 7 touch points (call, voicemail, email, direct mail, etc) before discarding the lead.
  • Prospecting through multiple channels (emails, phone calls, social networking interactions, etc.)
  • Secure a minimum of 8 qualified leads per month to pass to an Account Executive for contracting.
