As the number one brand of tomatoes in the U.S., our growing operations comprise over 1,000 acres of greenhouse facilities and proudly employ 5,000 associates. Our tomatoes are grown year-round in the Sierra Madre foothill and valley regions of Mexico. NatureSweet's tomatoes are sold to retail grocery providers, as well as to restaurant and other foodservice companies throughout the U.S.


The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guarantee on time deliveries. S/he will have direct contact with customer network to process and execute purchase orders accurately and efficiently.


  • Provides high standards of customer service to guarantee fast and efficient deliveries
  • Validates and processes purchase orders to meet customer demand of NatureSweet products
  • Conducts review and approval of pricing, allowances, product type, ship locations/sourcing, and ship dates for compliance requirements
  • Takes initiative with customers to address excess or aged inventory of product through discount price offers
  • Collaborates with strategic customers to fulfill unexpected demadn and explore alternatives to reduce costs and improve revenue.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of indirect sales and / or customer service experience
  • Background in multi-task, high pressure environment that expects a sense of urgency
  • 1-2 years of inventory analysis experience 
  • Experience in produce, food or other short shelf life product line preferred
  • Retail or CPG experience is desirable
