The Role

Nett Solutions is looking to add driven, intelligent and quick-witted people to its sales team. The Junior Sales Representative position is a perfect starting point for someone who wants to develop a career in both sales and online marketing.

A Junior Sales Representative is responsible for contacting small to medium-sized businesses to qualify leads, generate interest and schedule appointments for our Account Executives. A dynamic personality, positive attitude and high energy is key as you will be the first contact potential clients have with our company. You will be responsible for connecting with decision makers, establishing rapport and getting prospects excited about working with Nett Solutions.

A great Jr. Sales Rep cannot be afraid to pick up the phone, make cold calls, contact warm leads and hunt for new business opportunities. The right candidate for this position will ideally have some sales experience, but this is not mandatory. We are willing to train the right person for this job as long as you are willing to listen and learn, have a positive attitude, and work hard. You will work hand-in-hand with our sales manager to help you thrive. Jr. Sales Reps will earn a competitive hourly rate, along with an opportunity to make commissions based upon performance.

Candidates who demonstrate a high level of determination, skill, and desire to learn will have a clear opportunity to grow into an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be able to manage your own portfolio of clients, design marketing campaigns, serve as a closer and earn a higher base salary + commissions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with owners or decision makers
  • Identify, qualify and schedule appointments/transfer prospects to Account Executives
  • Log all call notes into CRM
  • Follow up with any “future interest” prospects
  • Uphold a positive and professional image as the face of the company
  • Become Google Adwords certified within first year of employment
  • Place 85+ outbound calls per day
  • Generate 15+ qualified leads per week
  • Show the ability to learn and communicate online marketing products
  • Display a positive, can-do attitude

Experience & Background

  • Background in Telephone Sales
  • Some history with sales & activity quotas
  • Prior businesstobusiness sales experience
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Inside sales/lead generation experience with a strong drive to learn the business
  • Active listening, clear communication & positive attitude
  • Picking up the phone and hunting for new opportunities
  • Working in a team environment to attain group goals
