The Role 

Use your energy and drive to find A-list permanent candidates in IT sales and campus recruiting, while ensuring an amazing candidate experience and maintaining a strong corporate brand.

Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for both tech (IT) and sales roles, avoiding recruiters whenever possible, instead using proactive outreach via social media 
  • Review and filter resumes for open positions, presenting to management only those deemed worthy of consideration
  • Perform preliminary phone screens when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Provide feedback to candidates and conduct preliminary negotiations for those under consideration if/as appropriate
  • Handle most aspects of onboarding accepted candidates

Experience and Background 

  • 1-3 years with IT and sales recruiting
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a love of networking
  • Successful experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Strong network and passionate about social media with active profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
