- Create and maintain candidate pipelines for both tech (IT) and sales roles, avoiding recruiters whenever possible, instead using proactive outreach via social media
- Review and filter resumes for open positions, presenting to management only those deemed worthy of consideration
- Perform preliminary phone screens when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Provide feedback to candidates and conduct preliminary negotiations for those under consideration if/as appropriate
- Handle most aspects of onboarding accepted candidates
Experience and Background
- 1-3 years with IT and sales recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a love of networking
- Successful experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Strong network and passionate about social media with active profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
