The Role

The General Manager role, will be fulfilled in a Fine Dining/Casual environment with a fast growing concept sweeping the nation. The experience provided in our dining environment is one of a Scratch Kitchen & Bar, that provides the customers with a memorable experience!


  • Plan menus by consulting with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a strong cohesive team
  • Promote, demonstrate, and lead a great customer restaurant experience
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Coordinate the entire restaurant operation Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager - Casual Dining Concept
  • A minimum of 5 years of current experience as a General Manager for a Casual Dining Restaurant concept

Experience & Background

  • Current experience as General Manager in casual dining restaurant concept – with a bar.  (example Ruby Tuesday, Applebees, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, etc)
  • No more than 3 jobs in 10 years
  • Current Title of General Manager
  • Interested candidates should have at least 5 years of scratch cooking concept working as a General Manager in a full service, fine dining or upscale casual with sales volume of $3M - $5M.
