The Peak team customizes proven, evidence-based treatments and programs for the unique needs of each individual and family.

Working in community mental health comes with its own unique set of struggles, but it also allows a mental health professional to work with a very diverse group of clientele, promoting growth, skill development, acquisition of much knowledge through exposure.  As one of the largest non-profits in our area, we have a very involved board of directors granting access to a strong leadership team. In our facility the access to leadership – supervisors, team leads, clinical supervisors, and the Chief Clinical Officer is a benefit of employment. In Peak’s community mental health setting, you have a team of people to help you, guide you, and mentor you.
