Formed in 2001, Peoples Home Equity, Inc. is dedicated to the simple goal of helping Americans achieve the dream of responsible home ownership. We are a Conventional and Government HUD-approved lender that closes three billion dollars in mortgage loans annually with over 60 branch locations in 28 states. By working hard to earn trust and respect with every transaction, we continue to grow and prosper alongside our homebuyers and Realtor partners.

Our Mortgage Advisers are among the most experienced in the industry and stand firmly behind a promise to offer personalized solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of homebuyers and Realtor partners.

We pride ourselves on making smart decisions, quickly. We do this by avoiding the layers and layers of executives that too often dilute great ideas and slow the decision making process. This built-in efficiency allows us to move with speed in every facet of our operations, from strategy and personnel to compliance, sales, marketing and operations. Best of all, we’re only getting faster.
