About the Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a hard-working, self-motivated leader to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Also, while being able to achieve revenue goals, the ideal candidate will travel to motivate and improve the sales performance and key account management capabilities of the field and inside sales organization. In addition, you will collaborate across a variety departments that will result in more effective decision making, more successful sales initiatives and a more efficiently-run sales force. The successful candidate will own relationships with the PR Newswire Executive Team and will develop the tempo and process for providing it with necessary insights to effectively run the business. Leading a global sales organization of 200 people, you will have oversight for all sales functions, including field sales, advocacy, inside sales, customer engagement, operations and performance, to name a few. Also, you will have to work closely with the Executive Management Committee, Marketing, Technology, Product, and Finance teams.
