You will be expected to ‘take the reins’ and ‘manage up’. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their role and wants to play an integral part in building a business. We are seeking a service-oriented individual who is mindful of putting their Agents’ needs in the forefront and always protecting their time.
Create Structure: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will develop systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and you will oversee all database management. You will be responsible for creating an operations manual that standardizes and documents these systems.
Manage Deal Flow: You will prepare and schedule the agent for listing appointments, manage the pre-listing and listing launch process, listing management, order inspections and coordinate vendors, keep track of all deadlines and contract paperwork, provide high-level client care, and oversee transactions from Contract to Close.
Marketing Assistance: You will oversee the execution of marketing materials for the team. This includes updating the MLS, flyer coordination, sending and coordinating email blasts and managing all social media platforms on behalf of your team.
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support to leverage the team to a higher level. This may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management and keeping the Agent focused on key tasks.
