Your role is really about motivating sales and customer service agents to achieve high performance, overseeing the design and delivery of all training programs, monitoring calls for quality assurance, and handling escalated concerns that fall outside the ability of your front-line staff. Your work contributes to the strategic plan so you’ll be asked to provide short-term planning and scheduling. Must have a broad understanding of telecommunications and be a customer service fanatic.
