The Role

This role is to be fulfilled in either a managerial or associate capacity based off of experience. The candidate for this role has the opportunity to emerge as an internal leader, operating with autonomy as they develop and build out our current Client Services branch of Redpoint Resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an entrepreneurial group focused on selling and marketing our consumer travel insurance programs direct to consumers and through affinity marketing partners
  • Ripcord Rescue Travel Insurance: www.ripcordrescuetravelinsurance.com
  • Cavalry Travel Insurance: www.cavalrytravelinsurance.com 
  • Support general Redpoint business development and marketing efforts 
  • Inbound phone sales to individuals
  • Solve existing customer account issues (consumer and corporate)
  • Initial travel insurance claims processes

Experience & Background

  • College Degree
  • Highly energetic and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast and fluid paced environment
  • Can-do, self-starter eager to find solutions to complex problems
  • Computer literate with fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Willing to obtain insurance license
  • Passionate about travel
