Account Manager | New York City

The Account Manager (“AM”) reports directly to Managing Partner of Strategic Accounts. The successful candidate is at ease collaborating with clients.  The AM role is to support clients to ensure its needs are met and to drive additional business from existing accounts.  Candidate must demonstrate ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with clients, identify service affecting issues, maintaining client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Experience and Background 

  • Strong relationship management
  • Presenting to clients via an in person meeting or a web conference
  • Value based selling
  • Detailed understanding of telecommunication products
  • Large account management experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus
  • Technology and Cloud knowledge a plus
  • Establishing and building relationships with others
  • Communicating from the value to others
  • Very organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to operate with quotas and manage to goals and objectives
  • Ability to both be hands on and able to manage others
