The Role

Resourcive provides Private Equity Firms with subject matter experts in communications technology design and cost reduction.   • Research, present and onboard Private Equity firms and Partners via an in person meeting or a web conference
  • Enroll people in the Resourcive value proposition
  • Consistently negotiate and close new engagement agreements with clients each month
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert that instills confidence and is a true leader
  • Navigate the political structure of clients and partners
  • Hold client and partners to commitments and operate in committed action
  • Will need to travel to clients and partners – 15% to 25%; must have a car

Experience and Background

  • Prospecting and cold calling
  • Proven history of strong relationship management
  • Extensive knowledge of large account planning and research
  • A strong history of presenting to potential client via an in person meeting or a web conference
  • Value based selling
  • Technology and IT knowledge a plus
  • Financial Industry knowledge experience a plus
  • Extensive Experience selling to the Financial Community
  • Minimum of 7 years sales or consulting experience
  • Experience with C-Level and large Account Management
  • Strong presentation and listing skills
  • Excellent time management and strong organization skills
  • Detailed understanding of telecommunications and IT terms and concepts (a plus)
