The Role

We are actively seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance to our customers as well as our sales and management teams. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively on multiple projects are critical for someone to be the right fit for this opportunity. A proven ability to keep pace with a high volume workload is necessary to perform well in this position. The candidate must also have the ability to follow established procedures and processes very closely.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers online via live chat service
  • Manage high volume of calls by reaching out to select customers to answer questions and solidify a relationship
  • Help to maximize sales and profitability by providing pre- and post-purchase support
  • Check and update information entered into customer records
  • Understand company action plans and supporting the goals and targets we've established

Job Requirements

  • Imperative to have strong customer service skills and work well on a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of web-base software
  • Attentive to details; able to proof work for errors or discrepancies
  • Ability to communicate effectively, especially via written communication
  • Must display a professional and positive attitude
  • Fluent in English is a must
