The Role

Develop a career in the non-profit association software sales sector by blending your understanding of software and how it solves real problems in the work place. Learn a proven sales system that teaches how to advise people on effective association management to better the lives of association leaders across the US and Canada through the use of software and technology.

StarChapter is looking for an independently motivated person that should prefer being evaluated on their results and not busy work. We are looking for optimism and enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others.

This position is an entry level position with advancement path to Account Executive. Excellent sales and product training program is provided to ensure every new hire is supported and positioned for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to schedule demonstrations with key decision makers.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of association management and the StarChapter software.
  • Constantly look to improve sales ability and performance.
  • Manage leads, contacts and opportunities through CRM.
  • Grow relationships established with associations that do business with StarChapter.
  • Assist marketing manager with sales & marketing initiatives.

The compensation is a competitive base salary plus excellent commission and bonuses for hitting goals both individually and as a team. Other benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
