WHAT WE DO

We provide a suite of tools which help merchants reduce friction for their customers. Our tools help merchants implement auto-delivery, recurring billing and one touch ordering for the products their customers love and use regularly. We focus on the tools, allowing our merchants to focus on creating satisfied, loyal customers.

The Role 

The Customer Support Representative is a client facing position that will handle all customer requests. Interactions will be through a mix of phone calls and email as well as other channels. The representative must be knowledgeable about the product and have a personable tone.

The Customer Support Representative role will be a welcome addition to our rapidly growing team at Subscribe Pro. You will experience the benefits of working in a start-up by being exposed all sides of the business. With space inside the Emerging Technology Center (ETC) Incubator's Haven St. Campus, Subscribe Pro offers a collaborative environment for all employee's, to develop and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via our support ticketing system, email, live chat and phone
  • Assist customers with general product questions and product/hardware setup issues
  • Schedule support and troubleshooting sessions with our customers
  • Follow-up proactively with customers through issue resolution
  • Document details of all customer interactions in CRM
  • General administrative duties

Experience and Background

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using customer support software
  • Passion for helping people succeed, combined with a competitive edge and positive attitude
  • Sense of urgency and accountability
  • Great written and oral communication skills.  
  • Tech skills preferred
