The Digital Analytics Catalyst (DAC) is a small team of highly talented individuals based in Europe and USA. The team has the mandate to lead innovative research projects from ideation to early implementation stage, which have the potential to radically improve and transform the business along the entire re/insurance value chain. Closely connected to local innovation ecosystems in London, Munich, Switzerland and Boston, the DAC engages both with external experts and with colleagues across the organization to gain an outside-in perspective. Ideas and opportunities originate across all regions, business units and functions of the company.

To strengthen our team in London we are looking for Catalyst Leads who will identify innovative research or startup projects and build them into actionable ideas with a focus on solving problems in our property & casualty lines of business.
The Catalyst lead identifies potential project ideas in their area of expertise based on business problems, finds internal support to the project by regularly interacting with senior management, and leads the project forward until completion of an actionable business plan.
In addition, as part of a team the Catalyst Lead actively contributes to team meetings, shares updates and news in their area of expertise with the team and with the wider organization, and engages with the London innovation ecosystem (including startups, accelerators, and research groups).
You will have a strong sense of collaboration to work actively with internal and external partners. A combination of analytical and hands-on entrepreneurial skills, you will move your ideas from ideation to implementation.
