Three Forks Ranch is looking for an experience Line Cook to add to their team!
- Cook for guests in a fine dining establishment
- Cook for staff in an employee dining room
- Promote safety and proper sanitation
- Handle guests needs—allergies, etc.
- Clear working communication with the Sous Chef, F&B Director and all members of management
- Clear working communication with the Front of House Staff
- Organization and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in high stress situations, comfortable multi-tasking, and professional at all times
- Flexibility with shifts, duties and long hours
- Ability to always maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene
- Knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service, and of necessary precautionary measures
- Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift
We are looking for a kitchen professional with a variety of cook experience to work across two of our kitchens at Three Forks Ranch. Our luxury resort yields a high rate of customer return and our kitchen is a major factor. The ideal candidate will have…
- At least 4 years of restaurant experience (preferably some fine dining)
- A “whatever it takes” attitude
- Access to a vehicle
- The ability to thrive living in a secluded area

- $500/week, plus merit based bonus at end of the season
