Three Forks Ranch is looking for an experience Line Cook to add to their team!


  • Cook for guests in a fine dining establishment
  • Cook for staff in an employee dining room
  • Promote safety and proper sanitation
  • Handle guests needs—allergies, etc.
  • Clear working communication with the Sous Chef, F&B Director and all members of management
  • Clear working communication with the Front of House Staff
  • Organization and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in high stress situations, comfortable multi-tasking, and professional at all times
  • Flexibility with shifts, duties and long hours
  • Ability to always maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene
  • Knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service, and of necessary precautionary measures
  • Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift

We are looking for a kitchen professional with a variety of cook experience to work across two of our kitchens at Three Forks Ranch. Our luxury resort yields a high rate of customer return and our kitchen is a major factor. The ideal candidate will have…

  • At least 4 years of restaurant experience (preferably some fine dining)
  • A “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Access to a vehicle
  • The ability to thrive living in a secluded area

For all Three Forks staff we will provide...

  • Housing and meals for employees 
  • Luxury leisure activities throughout the season
  • $500/week, plus merit based bonus at end of the season
  • No pets are allowed in living quarters
