Our Group Division provides employee benefits administration to companies of all sizes. The offerings include Benefits Account Management (FlexSystem FSA, Funded HRA, GiveBack, HRA, HSA, PayPath, Premium Only Plan, Transit & Parking), Continuation (COBRA, FMLA, Retiree Billing), and Compliance (ACA Employer Reporting, ERISA, Form 5500 Preparation, HIPAA Compliance, Medicare Part D, Non-Discrimination Testing, PCORI) services, making life easier for employers and their human resource managers. 


The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, coordinating and functionally supervising all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes. This position also has primary responsibilities to successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Providers and accounts to establish new FlexSystem, COBRAToday, DirectPay, ERISAEdge, FMLAMatters, PayPath and TASC HSA clients as well as to support new and existing clients.


  • Manage relationships with accounts with insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) to sell TASC services to potential clients
  • Maximize efficiency and growth potential with the Provider group
  • Represent TASC as a knowledgeable, dedicated and responsible professional partner with existing and prospective Providers and clients
  • Coordinate and conduct program services presentations on TASC services to Providers, groups of potential clients, organizations, and continuing education training sessions
  • Sell potential Providers and potential clients on the value of TASC services Provide support to new and existing Providers and clients, working closely with Sales Support as needed to ensure customers receive quality service
  • Prepare and update contact management system information on potential, current, and previous Provider and client records. Provide training and motivation to Providers to sell by highlighting TASC services and benefits to their clients and to the Providers
  • Operate within TASC’s guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and Procedures
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management


  • Ability to have strong sales follow-up, organizational skills and CRM management skills
  • Ability to be a positive leader and motivator of independent representatives of TASC
  • Skilled at being relentless and tenacious with follow-up and territory development
  • Ability to manage change positively and convey change principles
  • Ability to work through conflict resolution and corrective actions
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of three years professional sales experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
