Launch Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of Unishippers Global Logistics, LLC is looking for Senior Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team at our Brickyard office located in the Millcreek area!

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to build a book of business by contacting and developing sales leads and closing sales from not only your prospecting activities, but from qualified leads generated from a team that you will lead and mentor. You will also give ongoing service to existing and new clients within an assigned geographical territory. You will be the one who generates revenue and you can earn uncapped commissions!

Additionally, you will receive ongoing training and sales support. You will gain knowledge of the industry, products, services, procedures and the process that will move your career in a positive and proactive direction for success.   • College degree preferred in business or other related field.
  • Experiences in leadership, training, achievement & competitive environments
  • Professionalism, energy, motivation, enthusiasm & integrity
  • Computer proficient in MS Office to include; Outlook, Excel and Word


  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles & achieves goals.
  • Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, & consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
  • Consistently identifies new sources of business.
  • Articulates ideas clearly & concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience.
  • Experience with training and mentoring sales staff preferred.
