The Role 

Universal Lending Corporation is currently hiring Account Executives & BSC's for our Northern Denver and Longmount locations. As a BSC with Universal Lending Corporation, you’re more than a typical AE. You are empowered to use your ingenuity and expertise to engage your TPO relationships to a higher level.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the sales process from prospect through close of deal
  • Generate new accounts and maintain existing accounts, prospect for new customers
  • Uncover customers paid using a consultative customer approach
  • Generate new business leads through personal efforts and professional follow-up. 
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans and deliver target results and quotas
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify trends to meet or exceed sales goals Create relationships with key accounts

Experience & Background

  • Proven track record managing a sales cycle
  • Ability to handle customer issues, renewals, and managing sales efforts on multiple accounts 
  • Proven ability to produce consistent monthly sales revenue and accurately forecast future business. 
  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Real estate experience is helpful
  • Passion for selling.
