The Role

UpSellit builds rich online marketing experiences for a diverse list of thousands of businesses. Our clients are the biggest consumer electronics, fashion and hospitality advertisers in the world. You’ll be joining a profitable, privately-owned company that's eleven years young. We look to all of our employees for inspiration and leadership and we promote from within. We’re more interested in your intelligence and ambition that your experience, but we want a seasoned sales person.


  • You’ll be using site analytics and best practices to build a consultative marketing strategy for online advertisers.
  • You will negotiate terms, propose solutions and ensure a successful deployment of your clients’ custom campaigns. 
  • Close deals and exceed sales targets.

Experience and Background 

  • 5+ years of successful media, SaaS, or software sales experience
  • Experience prospecting and managing senior level relationships at large organizations
  • Consultative and creative sales talents
  • Ability to conduct persuasive presentations
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to develop high value contracts


  • Monthly recurring commissions (no cap. a successful candidate will exceed $15k/mo within the first year)
