The Implementation Lead is responsible for understanding the business requirements and defining the appropriate business system solutions. This candidate works directly with the business client, project manager, process modeler, and data modeler to define the business requirements for projects. With a broad understanding of subject areas throughout the business, works closely with the business clients and with various levels of IT staff. The Implementation Lead also has responsibility for viability/feasibility estimating for proposed projects as well as participation in the actual development of business solutions.
