The Residential Sales Team Lead is responsible for providing daily interaction, motivation, and support in the field for the Home Security Sales Team helping them achieve Vector’s budgeted unit, bookings, and RMR goals.
- Assist to train, coach, and develop the residential sales team’s skills in prospecting, closing, presentation, and follow up
- Hold weekly sales meetings
- Support & motivate sales staff to achieve personal and company goals
- Assist sales staff with daily planning of field activity to achieve sales expectations, while working with alongside team members in the field
- Communicate and provide the branch manager and district sales manager with daily/weekly updates of sales results
- Participate in the recruiting and interviewing process to meet budgeted manpower of 4-6 sales consultants
- Must meet individual sales goals set for the Sales Team Lead; 10 new units and $400 RMR
- Provide a positive sales culture by encouraging creative lead generation techniques
- Properly staff and manage trade shows, community events, and home shows
- $24,000 annual base salary
- $500 monthly gas allowance
- Commission Plan- 10% contract value of company sales & 18% contract value of SG sales
- Personal Bonus starting at 10+ new units sold- $500
- $50 over ride per new unit on team
